The tracking number (or tracking ID) is a combination of numbers and, sometimes letters, assigned to your package that allows for unique identification of your package both domestically and internationally.
This is a unique number assigned by the online store where your purchase was made or by the sender. When you purchase the product, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and providing you with the tracking code or ID. and you will be provided with the tracking code or ID.
If you do not receive a code, you will need to contact the store or sender.
These tracking updates appear regularly within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of the tracking code or ID. Tracking updates usually appear as soon as the shipment arrives at our facility.
In case your tracking number or tracking ID does not work, you must make sure that you have entered the correct tracking number with the correct format. If even after verification, your tracking ID does not work, please contact the sender or the online store.
The tracking number is the code that will allow you to know the status of your package; without it, it is not possible to track it. If you do not have the tracking number or code, we recommend that you contact the sender.
Even so, there is a minimal possibility of tracking if you have other shipment reference numbers that might work with some shipment tracking systems of the specific business unit that is in charge of the shipment in question.
